  HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went to a Bank of America ATM only (Geer Rd, Turlock) and had pulled out money. One of my $20 bills was ripped in half. it came out've the ATM in 1 half. I didn't think much of it since that's how I received it. I went to pay my rent with it, and they gave it back to me because their bank would not take it. I then went to a Bank Of America banking center to exchange it out, and my teller said she couldn't take it because they don't service that machine? Made no sense to me since it was a Bank Of America ATM. I was then told to call customer service. I went home called BOA customer service and she said no problem we can take that and exchange it, just take it in to a Bank Of America Banking center!!!!! So it was literally that easy. Something my teller could've done by calling herself. Horrible customer service. It was a Thursday and bank was dead. Lazy and not helpful. I have been a customer since 2004 you think they would take care of their customers a little more. Especially since its not cheap banking with Bank Of America.

  Worse bank in the Area!! They have about 10 windows 7-10 employees and only 3 windows going while the others just walk and greet people to the line of 10-20 or more. Ridiculous. I've seen smaller banks operate 1000 times better! Do your self the favor and make the drive to another branch this one will take your whole day.
