  Be very cautious getting your taxes prepared here!! I have been a repeated customer for over 20 years. After this year I will never go back!! I had my refund delayed due to an issue with the preparation. I tried to get help from H&R Block to correct the issue after I was notified by the IRS. They told me for an additional fee they would help me. Because I didn't purchase the piece of mind plan when I filed originally. I opted to handle it on my own. I spent many stressful hours on my own to get this resolved with IRS. They were more helpful than H&R Block!! I finally received my direct deposited refund minus H&R Block's fees. NOW I received a bill in the mail from H&R Block claiming they were never paid preparation fees! It was automatically taken out prior to my refund being deposited per agreed upon at time of signing. I verified the fees were deducted from my refund. I called them and they are telling me I have to fill out yet another form to dispute it!! All of these years I thought their fees were high but I stayed with them because I thought they were reliable and honest. I thought my taxes would be done correctly and I would be taken care of. After this I will never go back to them! This has been a nightmare!!
